Different types of anemia and the cause of my shame iron. You should try foods that are rich in iron and see whether it is better, if not help, or if they deteriorate further, you should consult a doctor, because there is no other plausible reason. If, however, try to eat the things that is rich in iron and take a multivitamen with iron.

Iron deficiency anemia have more symptoms of iron deficiency. It is basically the same problem, anemia, iron deficiency as soon as it advanced.

I suppose if you need additional symptoms that are not included in the normal iron deficiency, then perhaps you have reached the point of anemia.
The only way to differentiate yourself is with a blood test, but wait until I know a doctor to really understand how much did it. You should probably start taking iron pills if they are not. Hope you feel better soon.
