Michigan is in the driver's license and identification card lists from state. If you do not, you can specify in this situation and your name in the pool.
The federal government has the so-called master jury wheel, but we do not know how to create that, apart from asking companies to develop the team to the lists of eligible. You can use the tax rolls and driver's license and identification lists of the state.
Grand jury has a different procedure, which varies by location.
