Well, that's what happens, I make this metamorphosis of 3 steps with my friends and the first step is to get fitter, the second step is to get more clothes, and the third is to ask my secret crush made. I need advice on all three.
1) I have a great deal to lose maybe 10 at most. I want to build up my metabolism and are healthier, because diabetes in my family and has been fatal in some cases. What are some ideas that I am not very old and does not want to diet, but I better get in shape, ideas?

So I have to sell things, but need to get a lot more than that to form a new cabinet. I have also heard that there is a shop where you can give your clothes and give money and then you can buy clothes in a tent NW with them, I believe this is an opportunityt, but I do not know where or how, or what? So if you have any information on this subject, it would be great too.

3) Search by ... Brother is my BFF, but HES than in the past year, and he knows me well enough. My BFF also agrees and says she seems to have been good if he and I went. Thus, the problem is (as in any love story) I do not know if he like me back ... and maybe give me more if I see a safer and more comfortable.
