Birman Kittens San Diego What Is The Difference Between A Ragdoll And A Birman Cat?

What is the difference between a ragdoll and a birman cat? - birman kittens san diego

I was planning for a Ragdoll kitten for a while, but my mind always a Burmese kitten instead. Do you know what good sides and down between the two?

As a breeder Ragdolls Ragdoll'm biased: o)
The main differences are that Ragdolls a big cat with a body longer and come in 3 main models, Point Transmitted and bi-color.
Burma has a Roman nose (which looks like a blow when you see on the page) and have a different shape of the head.
I think you should take a look at some reputable breeders and visiting their cats to make a decision.
Good luck!

Ragdolls limp when you hold them, hence the name. Burmese are very loud, very intelligent and independent. Go to a bookstore in a book on cat breeds, for more information. I had a Burma once and it was the best cat I had. He had an alpha personality and always seemed to be the mother of us all the love, the other cats, especially when one is sick or upset. It sounds strange, but more dramatically to motherhood.
