Will a 1980 Kawasaki KZ750 clutch cable fit a 1982 KZ305? - will a clutch fit on a kryptolite
I need to replace the clutch cable on my '82 KZ305 and can not be found specifically for this model. Looks like a bunch of 550s, 750s, etc. The cheapest I've seen is that KZ750 1980th I think they're all the same cable, but wanted to make sure before you buy.

It is unlikely, but a Kawasaki dealer can check the number on the part of the two and see if the same number, in which case you happiness.
